International Customers:  Please contact us before returning any product(s).

   US Customers:

   Any defective, incorrect, or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of receipt via the U.S. Postal Service.  We will gladly ship a replacement.

2.        Imprinted items may not be returned for replacement or refund, unless imprint or item is defective.

3.        Computer software, videos, CDs, cassettes, DVDs, or other media may only be returned for refunds if unopened. 

4.        When returning items, please send along with a copy of your invoice.

5.        Please allow 1-3 weeks for the return to be received and processed.
