Returns & Shipping Policy :

Within 15 days of receipt of your Online order, you may return unused merchandise for a full refund. Merchandise must be in new condition, UNOPENED, and in its original packaging. That means, you cannot return merchandise that was in any way removed from its packaging or worn.

To return an item, you must indicate the reason for the return and e-mail: order@n2newdirection.org . We will respond with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE. Write the RAC [Return Authorization Code] on your invoice and include it with the merchandise you are returning. Mail the package via UPS or Insured Parcel Post to the address indicated in the RAC e-mail that we send to you. Please note that there is no refund on shipping charges and you are responsible for the shipping when returning an item. We will only refund shipping costs if the return was a result of OUR error.

Once we have determined that the item(s) meet the conditions for return, we will issue a refund on the credit card that was used to purchase the merchandise. Please note that there is a $5.00 restocking charge on all returns (except if return is due to OUR error). We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the return. After 15 days we will not accept any returns on merchandise.
