Returns
Because we know what it is like to receive an item and find that it is not what you were hoping for, all new items purchased from Way of Wisdom Home Education Supply may be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in sellable condition. Used items are purchased “as is“ and are not returnable. Computer software, CDs, cassettes, DVDs and other media may only be returned if unopened.
To insure that you receive proper credit for your return, we require that you call or email us at customerservice@wayofwisdom.org for return authorization. Full credit, excluding shipping, will be given on returned items.
In the event that we have made an error in your order, please contact us immediately for return instructions. We will be glad to correct the problem for you as soon as possible. |
